This short video shows how to install a Qorvan RL1 Core or RL1 Pro leveler in your RV and get it working with the free Qorvan RoamLevel app. Get the app first, then follow along — the written steps below match the video.

Set up in eight steps

  1. Get the app. Download Qorvan RoamLevel from the App Store or Google Play and tap Get Started.
  2. Allow Bluetooth. Android also asks for location permission, which the system requires for Bluetooth scanning.
  3. Add your leveler. Tap Add Device; the app searches for nearby Qorvan RL1 levelers and connects.
  4. Describe your RV. Choose the RV type — Class C/B, Class A, Caravan / Travel Trailer or Fifth-Wheel Travel Trailer — and enter its dimensions.
  5. Pick your blocks. Choose the leveling block type you carry.
  6. Set the installation position. Tell the app which way the leveler is mounted. It must match how the leveler is physically fixed, or left/right and front/back will be reversed.
  7. Fix the leveler and calibrate. With the leveler fixed in place, run Leveler Calibration with the RV on ground that is as level as possible.
  8. Level. On the Dashboard, tap Re-Measure, then Start, place blocks where the app shows, drive on slowly and stop when the screen turns green.

If something isn’t right

  • The app can’t find the leveler — check Bluetooth is on, the app has location permission, and the leveler is powered and close by, then tap Scan Again. If another phone is connected, disconnect it first.
  • Tilt directions look reversed — check that the installation position and driving position settings in Settings match how the leveler is mounted.
  • Readings seem off after moving the leveler — recalibrate on level ground.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to calibrate again after moving the leveler?
Yes. Recalibrate on level ground whenever you reinstall or move the leveler, after long periods of vibration, or if the app clearly disagrees with a physical level.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. You can use the full leveling flow as a guest. If you register or sign in later, your guest data can be linked to the account.
