Get the app
First-time setup
- Open the app and tap Get Started.
- Grant Bluetooth permission — Android also asks for location, which the system requires for Bluetooth scanning.
- Tap Add Device and connect your Qorvan RL1 leveler.
- Choose your RV type, enter its dimensions, then pick your leveling block type and the leveler’s mounting direction.
- Calibrate on level ground with the leveler fixed in place.
Help inside the app
Profile → Help & feedback contains Q&A, tutorial videos and a feedback form. Firmware updates are under Settings → OTA Upgrade.
Common questions
- The app can’t find the leveler — check Bluetooth is on, the app has location permission, the leveler is powered and nearby, then tap Scan Again.
- The tilt directions are wrong — the installation position and driving position settings must match how the leveler is physically mounted.
- No voice prompts — check the sound button on the Dashboard and that Voice is not set to Off in Settings.
- No internet — leveling, setup and history all work offline and sync later.
